In this role, you'll work closely with our management team to optimize our operations, implement new technologies like our member management software, and drive growth initiatives. You'll be the bridge between our vision and our team, ensuring that every aspect of our business runs seamlessly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of FITX GYM's branches in Jakarta Barat, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.
• Manage and mentor the operational team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Leverage data analytics and member management software to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Represent FITX GYM at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and credibility.
• Work with the CFO to manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational leadership roles, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and scalability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of data analytics and member management software, such as ClubReady or GymMaster.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other operational excellence methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in Indonesia.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for business purposes.
