📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and plan road and bridge projects using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Oversee the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit technical reports, drawings, and specifications to relevant authorities.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement project schedules and budgets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in road and bridge engineering.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
• Ensure that all projects adhere to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in road and bridge engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software such as Civil 3D, Primavera, and MS Project.
• Valid professional engineer license in Indonesia.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian road and bridge design and construction standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
