🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maritime industry, with a strong track record of success in project management, strategic planning, or business development.
• Proven expertise in maritime transformation projects, with a deep understanding of industry challenges and opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, standards, and best practices, with a commitment to safety and environmental sustainability.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Familiarity with maritime software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle Maritime Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to travel as needed, including to remote project sites and international maritime events.
