As a Micro Banking Relationship Officer, you'll be responsible for identifying and assessing the financial needs of micro-businesses, and designing personalized financial products and services to meet those needs. You'll also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients, providing ongoing support and advice to help them achieve their financial goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and assess the financial needs of micro-businesses through in-person visits and consultations
• Design and propose tailored financial products and services to meet the specific needs of each client
• Build and maintain strong relationships with micro-business owners, providing ongoing support and advice
• Conduct financial literacy training and workshops to educate clients about financial management and products
• Monitor and report on client financial performance, providing regular feedback and recommendations
• Collaborate with the branch team to ensure that all clients receive high-quality financial services
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the microfinance industry and financial regulations
• Represent the bank at community events and networking opportunities to promote financial inclusion

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or a related field, preferably in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess financial needs and design tailored solutions
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with microfinance software such as Mifos or similar
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and the microfinance industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for financial inclusion and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community
