As a Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s engineering and maintenance team, managing a diverse portfolio of assets including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and landscaping. You will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the engineering and maintenance team, ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks and adherence to safety protocols.
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies, including preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance.
• Manage a budget for maintenance and repair activities, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of hotel facilities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with other hotel operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and hotel policies, conducting regular training and audits as needed.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and mentor the engineering and maintenance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel maintenance management, with a proven track record in luxury or high-end hospitality.
• Certifications in facility management, such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or equivalent, are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software, such as IBM Maximo, SAP, or similar.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards relevant to Bali.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
