📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
• Manage guest inquiries and provide exceptional concierge services.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest records and manage reservations using our in-house Property Management System (PMS).
• Assist in resolving guest complaints and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Promote our property and its amenities to guests and potential visitors.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service standards.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front office or guest services in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems, such as Opera or Guestline.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
• Enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
