📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and monitor inventory management systems using SAP ERP.
• Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven experience in inventory management and sales performance analysis.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP or similar retail management software.
