📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Providing exceptional guest service and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas
- Assisting with front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs
- Stocking and organizing supplies, including linens, towels, and amenities
- Assisting with housekeeping tasks, such as vacuuming, mopping, and changing linens
- Performing other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the hotel
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization
- Familiarity with basic housekeeping equipment and tools
- Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg
- Basic knowledge of English is a plus
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
