📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring we find the best candidates for our team.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure we find the right fit.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and maintain a positive and professional image of our company.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.
  • Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to source and attract top talent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is a plus.
