📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of nurses in the Labor & Delivery unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to healthcare standards.,Develop and implement care plans for expectant mothers and newborns, in collaboration with the medical team.,Monitor patient progress, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to ensure optimal outcomes.,Conduct regular staff meetings, provide feedback, and support professional development.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.,Promote a positive and supportive work environment, fostering teamwork and open communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Labor & Delivery nursing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.,Certification in Advanced Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).,Proven track record of successful team leadership and patient care outcomes.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and best practices is a plus.
