Develop and implement machine learning models for NLP and search technologies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.,Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and NLP.,Optimize and scale machine learning models to ensure high performance and efficiency.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and researchers in the team.,Publish research findings and contribute to the technical community.,Work closely with product managers to define and prioritize machine learning projects.,Ensure the security and privacy of our machine learning systems and data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in machine learning, with a strong focus on NLP and search technologies.,Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in production.,Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.,Familiarity with search technologies and information retrieval systems.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a remote team.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
