🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and methodologies.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with training management systems and software is a plus.
