📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement projects to enhance seller operations and improve the overall e-commerce experience.,Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and process improvements.,Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to stakeholders.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate sellers and internal teams on best practices and new processes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and operations management.,Work closely with the Seller Operations team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role in the e-commerce industry.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and operations tools is a plus.,Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.,Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
