📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various positions
• Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and third-party recruiters
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and referral sources
• Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies
• Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires
• Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Ability to travel to different locations as needed
