📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and customer specifications.,Ensure that all pastries and desserts are of high quality, fresh, and visually appealing.,Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent foodborne illnesses.,Assist in inventory management by ordering and stocking ingredients and supplies.,Work with the team to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.,Ensure that all pastries and desserts are prepared and served in a timely manner to meet customer demands.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of pastry making techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.,Valid food handler's permit or equivalent.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
