📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the bakery outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and support to achieve operational and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and quality control procedures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to improve service quality.,Manage cash handling and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a bakery setting.,Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Certification in food safety and handling is a plus.
