📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Optimize and streamline manufacturing and logistics processes using SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards across all operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Proven experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
