📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end logistics processes, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distribution centers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain performance, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Manage and analyze logistics data using tools like SAP, Oracle, or similar software to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to logistics and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on manufacturing and distribution.
• Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and improving supply chain efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certification in logistics management or supply chain operations (e.g., CILT, APICS, or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
