📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business goals.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during and after training.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content.,Conduct needs assessments and provide recommendations for training initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian workplace culture and regulations.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
