📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high standards of patient care.,Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.,Supervise and mentor a team of registered nurses and nursing staff.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Collaborate with the medical team to provide comprehensive patient care.,Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation.,Participate in continuous professional development and education programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Nurse or similar role.,Certification in advanced nursing practices (e.g., ACLS, PALS).,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience in a similar healthcare setting is a plus.
