Cafe Wati Coffee is a growing coffee shop chain in Indonesia, and we are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Cilegon, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our logistics operations, ensuring that our products are delivered efficiently and on time. If you have a strong background in logistics and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the logistics operations of the company, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery coordination.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Track and manage the performance of the logistics team, providing coaching and feedback as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that products are available when and where they are needed.,Analyze logistics data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both internal and external stakeholders.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the coffee industry and the ability to work with perishable goods is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
