Asia Cement is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Structural Engineer to join our team in Jember. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and analysis of structural elements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with limited experience in structural engineering to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the design and analysis of structural elements such as beams, columns, slabs, and foundations.,Prepare structural drawings and calculations in accordance with industry standards and regulations.,Review and approve construction documents prepared by other engineers.,Conduct site inspections to ensure that construction work is carried out in accordance with approved plans and specifications.,Assist in preparing cost estimates and schedules for structural work.,Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as required.,Maintain accurate records of all structural work performed.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum 1-3 years of experience in structural engineering (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).,Proficiency in using structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Good understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Fluency in English is a plus.
