This is a full-time position located in Cengkareng, Jakarta.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Create and deliver training materials, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.
  • Identify training needs and design courses to address these needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.
  • Collaborate with managers to understand employee performance and development needs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Report on the progress and outcomes of learning and development initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
