📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related issues.,Document and maintain IT-related procedures and policies.,Respond to IT-related emergencies and incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and procedures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
