📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and maintain store inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Process and manage customer orders, from receipt to delivery.
• Handle cash transactions and manage store finances.
• Assist in the organization and execution of store events and promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Support the store manager in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Assist in the training and development of new store staff.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with basic computer software and retail management systems.
