📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to stakeholders.,Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).,Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project engineering.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proficient in project management tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
