Sehati Maya Computer is looking for a dedicated Finance Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate financial transactions. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home part of the week. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers,Prepare and submit monthly financial reports,Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents,Ensure accurate and timely payment of bills and salaries,Monitor bank accounts and ensure proper reconciliation,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Provide support to the finance team in ad-hoc projects,Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial software,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with ERP or accounting software is a plus
