Tech Point Pratama is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resource management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and training records.,Support the HR team in administering employee benefits and ensuring compliance with company policies.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Coordinate employee relations activities, including addressing employee concerns and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR-related projects and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
