Point Star Abadi is seeking a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Garut, Jawa Barat. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human resource needs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance appraisals, and training records.,Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, in collaboration with the HR Manager.,Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.,Support the HR Manager in organizing and facilitating training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related administrative tasks.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
