📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event venues, including tenting, staging, and equipment.
- Manage event logistics, including guest registration, seating arrangements, and signage.
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and clients.
- Work closely with the event team to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events.
- Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of event spaces.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of event plans.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in event assistance or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Familiarity with event planning software such as Eventbrite or Cvent is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
