📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and ensuring all logistics are in place.,Provide exceptional customer service to banquet clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring they are ready for events and properly maintained.,Manage banquet staff, delegating tasks and ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.,Monitor banquet inventory and ensure all supplies are stocked and used efficiently.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of banquet menus, ensuring they are of high quality and meet client expectations.,Participate in quality control processes to ensure banquet services meet our standards.,Assist in the preparation of banquet reports and other necessary documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with banquet event planning and management.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic knowledge of inventory management.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
