As a Barista at our modern bakery, you’ll be at the heart of our café’s daily operations. You’ll work closely with our team to prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based drinks, from classic espresso to specialty lattes and seasonal beverages. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based drinks, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty beverages.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.
• Assist in baking and preparing pastries to ensure our menu is always fresh and appealing.
• Clean and maintain the café’s workspace, ensuring a clean and inviting environment for customers.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and addressing their needs promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive café experience.
• Stay updated on coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.
• Participate in inventory management and restocking coffee beans and supplies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proficiency in operating espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with baking and pastry preparation is a plus.
