📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall business objectives.,Participate in inventory management and stock control activities.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
