📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to measure their effectiveness.,Collaborate with managers and team leaders to understand training needs and provide tailored solutions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Support the implementation of learning management systems and tools.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.,Assist in the development and maintenance of employee development plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant learning management tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
