JUNCTION Berjaya is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Purwakarta. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various aspects of human resource management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluations.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training programs and workshops for employees.,Assist in the development and maintenance of employee relations, addressing employee concerns and issues in a timely manner.,Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback to improve our HR practices and employee satisfaction.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist or a related role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
