📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.,Develop and implement menus that meet customer preferences and dietary needs.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to high standards of quality and hygiene.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring high standards of food quality.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international culinary techniques and ingredients.,Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe) is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
