PT Ratu Langit is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring the safety and efficiency of our vehicles. This role is crucial in maintaining our operational standards and ensuring our fleet is always ready for service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to schedule vehicle inspections, repairs, and servicing.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure compliance with fuel policies and procedures.,Track vehicle usage and maintain accurate records of mileage, maintenance, and incidents.,Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards, including regular inspections and compliance with local and national regulations.,Coordinate with insurance providers to manage vehicle insurance policies and claims.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support and guidance to drivers on vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations.
