📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and execute telemarketing campaigns to achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Provide excellent customer service and support.

Monitor and report on campaign performance and customer feedback.

Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Train and mentor junior staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
